Buyer
This is by far the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in my adult life. I contacted Ray regarding a property I have interest in purchasing and not only did he hang up on me when asking about the property but I have yet to hear back. Sellers run! This man will not sell your property, he will simply let it sit, even if there is interest, forcing you to lower your price. As a buyer I am not upset about this, but putting myself in the your shoes, I would be outraged!
