Lead Systems Engineer/Professor
Terrible professionalism. I purchased a home from her as she was the sellers agent. The overall purchasing experience was great except for this person. After the closing the seller was going to give me the keys to the shed and the garage. I had purchased a desk from her for $50 which I knew I owed. I met Lisa at the residence and asked her to follow wait so that I could give her the money as I had been moving all day and had to work. She said she would not because she had been waiting on me. She stated that it was my fault that she had to be in a closing for 2 hours because the money was not released. She refused to give me the garage remote or key and said I would have to pick them up later from her office. Just a really nasty and unprofessional attitude. I do realize business is business but I would never treat someone or talk to someone in such a way, as a person or professional. I would not recommend her if I had to.

Your are absolutely right about Lisa Ridha!
I wish I could have read your review before we chose her as our Realtor. After all, she didn't keep the promise as a buyer agent to protect our interests. She's completely on buyer side.

Anyone who is reading this should understand that a top seller in the company doesn't necessarily mean that she is a decent and honest person with great work ethic

She appeared to be very nice at the beginning and could easily earn your trust. But, our nightmare started after...

Help seller cover the flaws in order to get more commission...
Recommend unqualified contractors for bid to make you believe all repairs are cheap...
Push us to bid for higher price...

Please just stay away from her for your own sake!!!
