Unsatisfied Seller
Quality of service, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to properly represent us as sellers were the worst my husband and I experienced. No, this is not the first time I've sold a home either. Denise came recommended and even the person who recommended her has regrets. My husband and me informed Denise of our dissatisfaction only 2 days after our home was listed. Our first dissatisfaction was the photos she took of our home (poor quality, dark, and she even took a photo of our closet door with it opened slightly) and the poorly written description of our home, actually there were acronyms throughout and no actual 'description' of our home's features. She acknowledged that it was poorly written yet said it was just put out there as a place holder until she could take the time to write it properly. It was soooo badly written, that my husband, a retired realtor, and me re-wrote it and that's what is out there as of today (Aug 25, 2014). We are in the process of filing a complaint for countless other service issues. In the meantime, I would not recommend Denise to anyone. When my husband and I asked Denise, during a meeting in our home on Fri, Aug 15, 2014, what grade would she give herself relative to the type of service she has provided us (listed July 16), and she responded, "I would give myself a C." My husband responded that he would give her an 'F', he again explained the countless reasons that earned her an 'F' and she just said there. If the type of service I briefly described here fits your level of satisfaction, then Denise is your person. If you expect proper service, a quality professional with integrity, I advise to pass Denise by. All that's written here is factual and I would never defame another person without documentation.
