Poor service poor response time. This man needs good license revoked. He took one week to submit paperwork to the lender and our listing agent has to get their appraisal for the buyer because this garland Solomon didn't do good job. Very unprofessional on the phone with our Realtor. Worksheet sign papers so we could relay our home after many many delays on their end. Took weeks to respond to anything and never returned phone calls. I will be calling to get his license revoked.
